Privacy Policy

The short version: we hold your documents only long enough to build your fillable version, then delete them automatically. We never use your documents to train AI models, we don't sell data, and we collect the minimum needed to run the service.

What we collect

Documents you upload. The file you upload, page images rendered from it, the detected field layout, and the fillable PDF we generate for you. All of it is deleted automatically 24 hours after upload. Field layouts (labels and positions — not your document's content) may be kept with your account so your document list stays truthful.

Account data. Email address and a hashed password. If you buy something, payment is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store card numbers.

Usage data. Standard web logs (IP, browser, pages) and, if you arrived from an ad, the campaign that brought you (UTM tags), used only to know our marketing works.

How documents are processed

To detect fields, page images of your document are sent over an encrypted connection to Anthropic (the AI provider) for analysis. Under the API terms we use, Anthropic does not use this data to train its models. Processing is automated; no humans read your documents to provide the service.

Retention

Uploaded files, page images, and generated PDFs are deleted automatically 24 hours after upload. Download your fillable PDF within that window — after deletion we cannot recover it, but you can upload the source again any time. Account and purchase records are kept while your account exists.

What we never do

We never sell your data, never use your documents for AI training, and never share your documents with anyone except the processors named here (Anthropic for AI analysis, Stripe for payments, and our hosting provider, Render).

Your choices

You can delete your account (and its records) by emailing myclaudeprojects@gmail.com. Uploads delete themselves on the 24-hour clock regardless.
