Terms of Service

The short version: upload only documents you're allowed to use, pay for what you download, and understand that AI field detection isn't perfect — you review the result before you pay.
The service
AI FormFix converts documents you upload (PDF, Word, images) into fillable PDF forms using automated AI analysis plus your corrections. Upload and preview are free; downloading a fillable PDF requires a one-time purchase ($7.99 per document or $12.99 24-hour pass) or an active subscription (Individual, Pro, or Business, with the monthly document counts shown at purchase).
Your documents
You keep all rights to your documents. You promise you have the right to upload and process them, and that they contain nothing illegal. Files are deleted automatically 24 hours after upload — downloading your result inside that window is your responsibility (re-uploading and re-processing a document you already paid for, after its file expired, requires a new purchase unless you're on a subscription).
Accuracy
AI detection is good but not perfect, and fields it's unsure about are flagged for your review. The preview shows exactly what you'll get. The service is provided "as is"; our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Billing
Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled, which you can do anytime from your dashboard (access continues to the end of the paid period). If a processing failure on our side prevents you from getting a usable export you paid for, email us and we'll make it right or refund that purchase.
Fair use
Don't abuse the service: no automated bulk uploading beyond your plan, no attempting to extract the underlying AI systems, no uploading malware, and nothing unlawful. We can suspend accounts that do.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
